Iris HD Mainline Pipe Crawler

The Iris HD is a versatile pipe inspection tool. Capable of real-time video as well as the ability to take snapshots it comes with a 200 meter cable reel and is controlled by either the game-style controller or the supplied Galaxy tablet. Various sized tires are included that allow the Iris to be used in pipes as small as 6 inches to over 4 feet in diameter. Video is easily transferred from the tablet to laptop or PC via Bluetooth or supplied cord. The crawler is pressurized and can be completely submerged and easily hosed off for cleaning. There are cameras mounted on the front as well as the rear for when the unit is reversing out of the pipe. Multiple light heads ensure more than enough light so you can see everything inside of the pipe. The camera head and lights are totally adjustable to the exact desired intensity. The camera has a very powerful zoom and auto focus. The reel is automated so you don’t have to hand crank it back in. There is a hand crank included in the tool kit just in case there is a loss of power. Power is supplied via 110 AC similar to any household appliance. A generator or vehicle mounted invertor can provide enough power for hours of inspections. The software also has the ability to generate a basic report including the amount of slope of the pipe being inspected. $750/day with 2 day minimum rental. Does not include tax or shipping.
